CRUISE A LA CARTE  -  Friday June 3rd -  Pride of Canterbury 1620 hrs sailing.

A group of 35 members and guests enjoyed the annual cruise led and organised by Society President

Neil Farquhar.  Treated to a lavish champagne reception orange juice and whisky tasting and Scottish

Food Fayre arranged by P&O officer and Society member William Lang.  This was followed by an excellent meal in the Waiter Service of Langans Brasserie Restaurant where young Amy Raysbrook, a grandaughter of our Society's second longest serving member, Margaret Becks, was a very efficient and friendly waitress.

P&O looke after us very well. On arrival back at Dover, a rousing chorus of "We're no awa' tae bide awa'" echoed through the restaurant.
